The Best Companies b-heard anonymous Survey is said to be the most rigorous way of measuring employee engagement. We are elated to have achieved a 3-star accreditation for 'extraordinary levels of employee engagement', ranked 19th in the Sunday Times Top 100 list and to reached 7th place in the Top 75 Best Companies to Work for in the Midlands. We believe that if you look after your staff they will, in turn, look after your business and we are continuously looking to improve the quality of working life for all of our employees.
